Kingsley Opare Asare is a hands-on management with over 17 years of experience in financial sector (Rural and Community Banking) financial risk management, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting and banking operations, credit administration and project management. Kingsley joined Akuapem Rural Bank Plc in February 2006 and held many roles in Branch Banking before he was appointed Acting Head, Banking Operations in February 2018 and subsequently named Head, Banking Operations in July 2019. Prior to joining Akuapem Rural Bank, he worked at Electricity Company Ltd Sub Contract (Adom Agency) as Revenue Collectors Coordinator in October 2005 and had oversight responsibility for client service. He holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the Methodist University Ghana, a bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) from the University of Cape Coast and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply from Koforidua Technical University. Kingsley is also a level three (3) student Member of both Institute of Chartered Accountants and Bankers. Kingsley is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Pennsylvania USA. He holds other certificates in Project Management, from Cambridge Center of Excellence, and University of California, Irvine (Division of Continuing Education), Digital Competition in Financial service from Copenhagen Business School and Operations Management University of Illinois (Urbana – Champaign)
